Hyundai Heavy Industries signed a $1.12 billion contract to build two new drillships for Rowan Companies.

TSC moves on Prelude

The seabed template for Statoil's first fast-track project - Visund South has begun its journey to the North Sea field just south of Gullfaks.


GLNG plant work begins
Work has begun on the GLNG plant on Curtis Island, Australia. On 27 May 2011, operator Santos announced construction on the $16 billion project had officially begun.
