Heavy oil accounts for more than double the resources of conventional oil in the world. It is a vast and underutilized energy resource.  With the growing global energy demand and supplies of light oil start to decline, the world's energy industry is focusing to develop and maximize heavy oil production. However, heavy oil is difficult to recover, transport and refine.

 

Industry operators have come together to work with Praxis Global Research to create a platform for all industry experts involved in reservoir and fluid characterization and evaluation, drilling, well design and multi-stage completion, production, upgrading and refining, as well as technology providers to share knowledge on this critical issue and new technologies on Heavy Oil development.

1. Submission of an abstract implies the author(s) agreement to publish the abstract in the Conference program.

2. If you are submitting more than one abstract a separate submission must be made for each one.

3. The Program Committee will be responsible for evaluating abstracts.

4. Every effort will be made to accommodate the author(s) presentation preference however the Program Committee reserves the right to allocate the presentation to best suit the program length.

5. Presenters must register and pay for travel and accommodation expenses.
