It is a vast and underutilized energy resource.  With the growing global energy demand and supplies of light oil start to decline, the world's energy industry is focusing to develop and maximize heavy oil production. However, heavy oil is difficult to recover, transport and refine.   Industry operators have come together to work with Praxis Global Research to create a platform for all industry experts involved in reservoir and fluid characterization and evaluation, drilling, well design and multi-stage completion, production, upgrading and refining, as well as technology providers to share knowledge on this critical issue and new technologies on Heavy Oil development.
